Lost Material Refunds

Library patrons are entitled to a refund for lost material payments with the stipulation that the material is examined and evaluated by library staff to be acceptable for replacement into circulation, and the material has been returned within 30 days of the payment date. Refunds will not be issued more than 30 days past payment date. Lost material refunds exclude the $5.00 nonrefundable processing fee.
Exceptions: Under special circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of one of the campus Library Directors.
