    Note: Sandra handles OIT network, OIT printers and faculty/staff computer systems only. Please call the HELP desk at 5555 to schedule her. For all others contact Leland or Ryan.

  2. Should you need computer tech assistance in a computer lab, support center etc., please do the following: If you are making a request (non-emergency) for computer service during the regular work hours, please call x 6919 or e-mail us at WPC lab services. Tutorials and answers to software and hardware questions can be found in the related links section of the website.
  3. If you have an emergency during normal working hours, please have security (Ext: 6000) contact Computer Services (Ext: 6919) or if unavailable, contact the library at extension 6814.

  4. If you or your staff are physically teaching in rooms 132, 134, 217, 219, 221 or giving a test in room 140A after normal working hours, and have an emergency arise (not allowing you to proceed with teaching your course effectively or student can't take a test), please call x 5566.

WEEKEND FACULTY - see Security - ask them to notify the computer tech specifying your room #.
