Addiction Professionals
Valencia Community College is a provider of continuing education for the Florida Certification Board for Addiction Professionals.  Currently, in partnership with an online content provider, we offer courses that apply to certification for Florida licensed professionals and to continuing education credit for both FCB certified professionals and those licensed under Boards 490 and 491.  Also, watch for classroom courses under our CAPTrack program.  Available Courses

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR)

Valencia will offer Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) for Healthcare Providers once a month beginning January 2009. BLS certification and recertification classes are available. Available Courses
Dental Education
Dental Assistants seeking to enhance their dental office skills achieve special certification. Quality instruction, laboratory experience, and a final exam combined to meet state certification requirements. Available Courses
Dietetics and Nutrition
Valencia now offers a large selection of online courses which are approved for Continuing Education by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), the credentialing agency for the American Dietetic Association (ADA) and the Florida Council of Dietetics and Nutrition.
