Telephone Upgrade

Please note the following information regarding Valencia's telephone system and telephone numbers. This information is correct and effective as of August 12, 2001. 

The Valencia MAIN telephone numbers for Valencia HAVE NOT CHANGED and will always be available as follows: 

(407) 299-5000

(407) 847-9496 (for Osceola County residents to avoid a toll charge) 

A new set of telephone numbers is now available AS AN ALTERNATIVE to the main numbers listed above. These numbers will provide direct-dial capability for Valencia's telephone extensions without requiring dial-in to the main/switchboard numbers. 

(407) 582-5000 (alternative main number)

(407) 582-1805 (direct access to voice mail system)

(407) 582-xxxx (where xxxx is the Valencia telephone extension) 

The above (407) 582-xxxx numbers will work for ALL Valencia extensions, including those at the Osceola Campus. However, an additional set of direct-dial numbers have been configured specifically for Osceola County residents to allow them to direct-dial the Osceola Campus without incurring the toll charge associated with the (407) 582-xxxx numbers. 

The Osceola Campus direct-dial numbers (for Osceola County residents) are: 

(321) 697-yyyy (where yyyy is the Osceola Campus telephone extension) 

Please remember that the MAIN Valencia numbers have not changed and will always be available: (407) 299-5000 and (407) 847-9496. There is no need to change printed materials, business cards, etc. unless a deliberate decision is made to utilize the new direct-dial numbers as an alternative to the MAIN numbers.
