East Campus

Purpose

The Career Staff Council has been established for all full-time and part-time career staff employees. This Council gives you a chance to voice your opinions on any issues or concerns you may have (positive or negative) to improve your working environment. Please note that we do not connect names to any issues. The issues are then taken to the campus Provost for action. Collegewide implications are taken to the Executive Council for action.

Meetings

We meet the second Wednesday of every month at 2 p.m. in room 5-217.

If you would like to join us, please coordinate your schedule with your supervisor so you may attend. A representative has been selected from your area and should inform you of all the issues discussed in the meeting. You should also get a copy of the minutes a few days after every meeting. If you are not receiving any information, please let Nicholle know so she can address this with your representative. Our aim is to make sure everyone is involved as well as informed. We are pleased with the progress we've made and invite you to share in our enthusiasm.
