Enrollment Verification

To receive verification of enrollment at Valencia Community College you must complete, sign and submit one of the following:

  • Request for Enrollment Verification Letter (PDF)
  • enrollment verification form from a company/institution
  • letter to Valencia that includes your name, social security number, name and address of the receiving company/institution, and your original signature.  (Please indicate any specific information that needs to be verified.)

PLEASE NOTE: 
Valencia Community College cannot process your requests via e-mail or over the telephone.  Both Federal and State laws on student privacy require that we have your original signature on the request.

A request must be completed by using one of the options listed above and can be sent by mail or dropped off in-person at the Answer Center. You may also obtain and complete the form on campus in one of our Answer Center locations. 

We are unable to fax enrollment verifications letters.  Please be sure to include the exact mailing address of where the Enrollment Verification Letter is to be mailed with your original signature.

Learn about Microsoft Word

In order to view DOC files, you will need Microsoft Word which is included in the Microsoft Office software suite.
RTF files can be viewed by most any word processor such as WordPad which comes with Windows.
