Subject: Chief Learning Officer Candidate Open Forums

On-site interviews will begin next week for the position of Executive Vice President/Chief Learning Officer.  The candidates and dates of their campus visits are:

Dr. Kaye Walter, Monday, June 13
Dr. Pam Eddinger, Thursday, June 16

As part of the interview process, each candidate will participate in an Open Forum from 3 - 4 p.m. on the day of their visit. Each forum will take place on the East Campus in Building 5, Room 111/112.

For those who cannot attend the Open Forum, a live video stream will be available. College employees can access this video stream on the Valencia network via their PCs at http://valenciacc.edu/events on the day of each forum from 3 - 4 p.m. The actual click-to-play links will be there and active on the days of the forums. Employees should access the web site well in advance of the forum to confirm that your computer is ready.

Windows Media Player is necessary to access the video stream, and instructions are available on the web site to test your computer and download the player. If you have any questions about downloading Windows Media Player after reviewing the information on the web site, please contact the Help Desk at x5555.

In addition, video tapes will be available for checkout the day after each forum. Those videos will be located in the Provost's Office on each campus, and at the Downtown Center in the offices of the Chief Learning Officer and Director of College & Community Relations.
