Section 504/ADA Compliance
Valencia Community College is committed to compliance
with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and with the
Americans for Disabilities Act.

Dispute Resolution
Our dispute resolution process is explained in the
OSD Student Handbook as well as in the DHHS Student Handbook.
Students may file a complaint by following the formal
procedures for appealing administrative decisions as outlined in
the Valencia Student Handbook, available in hard copy or online.
Students may also file a complaint with the Department of Education’s
