the student may transfer to the junior level at a four-year
institution. The A.S. Degree program prepares students
for immediate employment at the entry level in numerous

When I start my classes and I don't like them, will I be able to
get out of one class and into another one?
We have a drop/add period for the first week of class. On those days,
you may adjust your schedule, change class time,
or drop the course(s) to receive a full refund. You will have the opportunity
to add a course only if that class has not yet begun. You will not
be allowed to add a course that has already met. Courses dropped during
this official period will be deleted from your transcript. After that
time, you will not be able to make a change in your schedule or receive
a refund. If you choose not to attend, you will have to withdraw from
classes, and you will not receive a refund. A grade of "W" will
be on your transcript. The "W", however, is not calculated
into your G.P.A., providing you have met the withdrawal
deadline that has been set for each session.
