PC Inventory Registration for Mac/Linux Computers

Valencia's PC Inventory Registration collects information on your computer that helps facilitate the Technology Refresh Program.

IMPORTANT:
This inventory method is intended only for Mac/Linux (Non-Windows) computers. Users of Windows computers that login through Novell should run the online PC Inventory Registration.

Instructions:

1. Download manual inventory spreadsheet here: Mac/Linux Inventory

2. Fill in blank fields with appropriate computer information* Multiple computers can be inventoried on single spreadsheet

3. Save inventory to "My Documents" folder of your computer, then forward as an email attachment to jkurtz@valenciacc.edu

*First two lines of spreadsheet (shaded in yellow) are examples

**Please do not alter the format of the inventory spreadsheet. Altering of the spreadsheet may lead to delays in the refresh of your computer(s)
