Adjusting these settings will allow you to schedule a meeting in GoToMeeting.
Assure GroupWise is configured as the default e-mail client:
Open Internet Explorer
From the Tools menu select Internet Options
Click on the Programs Tab
For the e-mail setting select GroupWise
Click apply
Click close
In order to use Go To Meeting efficiently you will need to assure your e-mail client is configured correctly. Valencia Community College currently uses Novell GroupWise for the e-mail and the default for Go To Meeting is Outlook. To configure this setting do the following:
Right mouse click on the Go To Meeting icon (flower in lower right hand corner of screen) and select Preferences
Under category (left side) select Integrations
At the top center under the GoToMeeting Integration header select
User GoToMeeting with my Default e-mail application
An optional setting is to show the GoToMeeting Toolbar in Microsoft Office (this is at your discretion)
