Please notify the hotel prior to shipping packages. Boxes will be charged at $5.00 each, pallets and crates $50.00 each. Shipments will be accepted up to three (3) weeks prior to the Summit start date. Should you need to send materials to the hotel prior to the Summit start date, please use the following address:
