Important Information

If you are a student, you can join the Valencia Community College Students group. Once you have entered the Second Life Grid, click the “Search” button at the bottom of the window to search for the group called “Valencia Community College Students.” Joining the group is FREE. As a member, you can easily communicate with other Valencia students in Second Life, as well as receiving notices of interest to you.

Your professor may also have a group which you can join.

Basic SL accounts are FREE. When you create your Second Life account, you will choose an avatar name, which you will need to join the Valencia group(s).
