Are you looking for high quality, high impact video to use to supplement your instructional materials?
Valencia signed an agreement with Intelecom Online Resources Network to provide a repository of video learning objects.There are hundreds of videos to choose from across the curriculum.
The academic disciplines included are: Adult basic Education, Allied Health, Anatomy, Biological Sciences, Business, Civic Education, Earth Sciences, Economics, Education, Environmental Studies, Ethnic Studies, Family and Consumer Science, Health, History, Linguistics, Oceanography, Philosophy,Physical Education, Physics, Plolitical Science, Psychology, Religion, Sociology, and Urban Studies.

These materials can be embedded in your online course within any learning module. You can also copy the web address into your Power Point, online course discussion board, or blog. When students click on the link, a browser will be launched that plays the clip automatically. You may embed the HTML code into your online course or webpage. This embeds the video player and controls directly in the content area.
You can also create your own custom playlist to show videos in class to spark classroom discussion. All videos are closed-captioned, Flash streaming video chunked into short segments to facilitate easier viewing.
