FOR CLASSROOMS AND OFF CAMPUS REQUESTS
Twenty four (24) hours advanced notice is required to insure delivery or availability of requested equipment/material. If less than twenty four (24) hours notice is provided, we will attempt to meet your needs to the best of our ability. However, you should be aware that your request may not be available or delivered late.

FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
Forty eight (48) hours notice is required prior to special events to insure equipment requested is delivered in a timely manner. If your request is received less than forty eight (48) hours prior to the event, we will endeavor to meet your request to the best of our ability. However, you should be aware that equipment may not be available, delivered late, or you may be required to pick up and set up the equipment yourself due to a lack of personnel to support the event.
