The Testing Center (located in Building 1, Room 125) should be
used for make-up tests only. Entire classes may not take tests in
the Testing Center.
All tests submitted to the Testing Center must be accompanied by
a test referral form. Hand deliver or inter-campus mail (mail code
6-3) tests to the Testing Center. It is very important that you
provide the requested information such as your name, mail code,
contact information, the course number and title, and test
completion date on the test referral form. Most importantly, please
have your name printed on your tests. If students will be allowed to
have open book, notes, calculator, dictionary, thesaurus or any
other aids, it must be noted on the form or we will not allow the
student to use them.
Please make test instructions clear to students before sending
them to the Testing Center. Students must be able to complete the
test(s) within posted hours. Completed tests will be returned to you
immediately and all tests will be returned to the faculty member the
day after the test deadline date.
The professor will be notified, in writing, of any student
suspected or observed cheating by the staff on duty. This written
statement will be attached to the test materials turned in by the
student.
