How to request equipment from The Learning Support Technologies Dept (formerly AV)

Faculty and staff can check out equipment through the Audio Visual Department by filling out a simple equipment request form in person or online at http://osceola.valenciacc.edu/lrc/, select Audio-Visual request. For e-mailed requests, be sure to send them at least 48 hours in advance. The AV Department does not assume responsibility for equipment and services not provided for last minute e-mail requests.

Every Smart Classroom is provided with a wall phone with an autodial Hotline key to the main Help Desk. If you are teaching on a regular classroom please contact the AV Department at x4150. If you do not get an answer at that number please call the regular Help Desk line x5555. In case assistant is not available, make a note of the problem and send it to Jorge Soto jsoto@valenciacc.edu so it can be fixed as soon as possible.

LRC Research Support Center - is an open lab that provides access to the Internet, online databases and Microsoft Office Professional XP for the academic support and research papers for Valencia's students, faculty and staff. Atlas account and "V" ID number required.
