Below is a workshop on demand that has certified facilitators on each campus.

Appreciating DiSC Behavioral Styles
Administrators, Department Deans, Managers and Supervisors can request (free of charge) a certified DiSC facilitator(s) to deliver a 3.5 hour session aimed at understanding the work behavioral tendencies according to the DiSC model.

Learning Outcomes

• Develop a model and language through which you can more harmoniously, cooperatively, and efficiently work with others.
• Identify the strengths that you bring to your work, relationships, and organization.
• Forster an increased understanding and appreciation of the work behavioral tendencies of others in the work place for the explicit purpose of increasing personal and professional effectiveness in a manageable and systematic way.
