Leadership Valencia offers professional development and personal enrichment workshops open to ALL Valencia faculty and staff.

Leadership Valencia programs are designed for the target audiences listed but are open to all employees unless a restriction is noted.

Check the Leadership Valencia calendar for a quick glance of workshops offered or use the workshop links on the left for a detailed look.  Please make sure you have the approval of your direct supervisor prior to registering for a workshop.

Many of you have skills that you would like to share with others, but are hesitant because you have little or no experience facilitating workshops. Others may have had experience leading workshops in the past, but feel a bit rusty. Don't let this be a barrier.
