Poland and the Holocaust

Price: $1595 (based on 12 Valencia
scholarships)
Price includes airfare, airport fees, accommodations (double occupancy),
most meals, ground transfers. Installment payment plan will be available.
 Professor
Richard Gair, a scholar of Holocaust history, will be leading this
9-day study tour throughout Poland with visits to Krakow and the
historical sites that trace Judaism back through the centuries.
You will visit Oscar Schindler's Factory and Plaszow Concentration
Camp where Schindler's List was filmed. A full day of study
will be spent at Auschwitz-Birkenau, the site of the most infamous
Nazi death camp as well as a visit to Majdaenk and Treblinka death
camps and other Holocaust related sites.
This study trip is opened to anyone 18 years or older but preference
will be given to Professor Gair's Holocaust Studies students. Knowledge
of the Holocaust will be needed to maximize the learning students
gain from this trip. That prior knowledge can come from other Holocaust
related studies other than Professor Gair's course. For additional
