Hours for non-exempt employees will be recorded and submitted to Payroll Services (M.C. 3-34) based on the following schedule. New Hires should start their time card in the appropriate week.

Wk. #1 Hours worked: from 07/15/07 to 07/21/07  
Wk. #2 Hours worked: from 07/22/07 to 07/28/07  
Wk. #3 Hours worked: from 07/29/07 to 08/04/07  
Wk. #4 Hours worked: from 08/05/07 to 08/11/07 Submit to Payroll no later than: August 17
     
Wk. #1 Hours worked: from 08/12/07 to 08/18/07  
Wk. #2 Hours worked: from 08/19/07 to 08/25/07  
Wk. #3 Hours worked: from 08/26/07 to 09/01/07  
Wk. #4 Hours worked: from 09/02/07 to 09/08/07 Submit to Payroll no later than: September 14
