Lesson 8: Manipulating Images

1. Click the image you wish to manipulate.

2. Your image should now have small circles surrounding it.

3. You must place your cursor over a circle, leave your finger on the left mouse button, and move the mouse to manipulate the image.
4. The white circles are used for resizing your image.

5. The green circle is used to rotate your image.

6. Double click the image and this dialog box should appear.

You can change the brightness and crop your image here.

7. If you feel your picture is to dark you change change the brightness using these controls.

 

8. If you have a image off centered.

You can "Crop" it by using these controls.

For this picture we will need to crop the "Right:" portion of the picture. Simply do that by entering a positive number in the "Right:" text box.

9. Once you are done, click preview to see if you like the changes. When you are satisfied with the changes click ok. If you wish to ignore changes click cancel.
