Valencia's Facilities Department is responsible for the renovation, remodeling, and new construction at the college. We work with faculty, staff, and administration to develop educational specifications which are used by selected architects and engineers as a guide in the design and development of a building project. In addition, we are responsible for all small projects up to $200,000 collegewide through our Delivery Order Construction Contractor (DOCC).

Our office also provides assistance and service in the selection, ordering, and installation of furniture throughout the college. Our CADD operation is able to design and provide options to the campuses for minor renovations at the college. We act as the archive and are responsible for all drawings and documents from all projects for the college.
