Dr. Charles ("Chuck") Dome has been at Valencia Community College on the East Campus since 1976. He has taught courses mostly in Sociology, but also in Anthropology and Education. He is currently serving as the East Campus Discipline Coordinator for Sociology. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, a Master of Science degree in Sociology and a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education. He and his wife, Donna, have two grown sons and four grandchildren. Dr. Dome is a licensed Private Pilot with land and sea ratings. He currently owns a restored 1947 Aeronca Chief land plane, which he keeps in Zellwood , Florida .
