RE: Makeup Testing Guidelines
The purpose of the Testing Center is to proctor exams for Valencia students and faculty as well as students attending other institutions.
- To submit exams in the Testing Center, log into your ATLAS account and choose the College Services tab. Select the Testing Center Referral link located in the left column at the bottom of the page. Complete the referral form, attach your exam, and then submit.
- Exams attached with a completed referral form are also accepted via interoffice mail. Please allow at least four business days for exams to reach us by interoffice mail.
- A current Valencia photo identification card is required for a student to take an exam in all Valencia's Testing Centers.
- Inform students that cell phones and all other electronic devices must be turned off and stowed away during testing. If a student’s phone rings, the student will be asked to stop testing and sign out.
- The Testing Center provides blank, lined, and graph paper for each exam as well as
scantron form 229630. Please submit all other scantrons with your exams.
Note: East Campus Testing Center stops administering exams one hour prior to close
