Evening of Dance

The second annual Evening of Dance is an opportunity for our non-major dance classes to perform on our Performing Arts Center stage. For one night only, the different genres of dance offered at Valencia will be performed in a concert setting.

Choreographer’s Showcase

The Choreographer’s Showcase is in its eleventh year of performances! Designed to showcase student choreography, the Showcase is held at the end the Fall term in Valencia’s Performing Arts Center. These performances provide students with a creative outlet to show their work.

Valencia Spring Dance Concert

The community has long enjoyed this springtime staple of dance and spectacle here at Valencia. Designed to highlight guest artist and faculty works at the end of the Spring term each year, the program features student, faculty and guest artist dancers. Held in the Performing Arts Center, each year Valencia joins forces with Rollins College to make this a memorable evening of dance.

Valencia Dance
Summer Repertory Concert

A more recent addition to Valencia’s Dance Series, the Summer Repertory Concert is designed to showcase Valencia’s resident dance company, Valencia Dance Theatre and provide a perfomance opportunity for the annual Valencia Summer Dance Institute. The Repertory Concert includes faculty and guest artist choreography, including choreography by former Valencia Dance graduates. The Summer Repertory Concert provides a summer performance opportunity for not only our dancers, but for our Valencia viewing audience as well.

Tickets are $8.00 for General Seating and $6.00 for Valencia Employees, students and seniors for all Valencia Dance Performances held at Valencia, except for the Spring Dance Concert which is free for Valenica Students with an Student I.D.
