What does this service
include?
We will provide on-site
staff members who will report directly to your event site. Our team
of experienced professionals are capable of handling multiple
responsibilities and offer workable solutions to any problems that
arise. Our staff will oversee setups, monitor schedules, and serve
as the primary contact for all participants, speakers, and
directors. The role of the on-site staff varies with the needs of
each meeting, but can include:
- Meeting with the
facility's management and staff to review the needs and goals of
the meeting prior to the start of the meeting and arrival of
guests.
- Setting up of the
meeting registration area including the organization of meeting
handouts or other materials.
- Setting up meeting
signs to efficiently manage traffic flow.
- Overseeing, adjust,
and manage the meeting room and audiovisual setup.
- Coordinating and
manage exhibitors' needs, their displays, and other special
individuals or groups that are part of the meeting.
- Tracking and manage
food and beverage set up and consumption.
- Monitoring and
adjust the meeting schedule, food and beverage breaks, and other
related events in coordination with you, the speakers, and/or the
meeting director.
- Serving as the
coordinating contact person for facility staff, participants,
speakers, exhibitors, and meeting directors.
- Supervising the
cleanup, packing and shipping of meeting materials. Coordinating
the shipping, delivery, and organization of all meeting materials
from the facility.
