(L) designates Lead Instructor.  Lead instructor is responsible for coordinating with Brenda to pick up the Instructor Resource Book, no later than, the day before training.  The book should be available three days before class.  IMPORTANT:  It is critical that the registration sheet is completed at the beginning of class and includes the STUDENT SIGNATURES.  Only students on the list may attend training.  If you have questions, give Brenda or Dave a call.
