- You may not be using a browser that supports .pdf viewing. Internet Explorer 3.0
or higher or Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher are compatible. AOL users may have
difficulty with the AOL built in browser. Minimize AOL and use Internet Explorer or
Netscape while still connected to the internet through AOL, AOL's latest upgrade may have
solved this problem.
