Important Year End Dates
December 14 - The December 30 payroll will be processed
before we leave for the holiday break. If you have part-time or
student employees, who complete an hourly timesheet, please make
sure their forms are submitted no later than December 14. The hourly
timesheet would be for hours worked November 27 through December 10.
January 3 - For the hours worked December 11 through December
24 these timesheets are due to payroll January 3. Note: It would be
helpful if these timesheets could be mailed to the Payroll
Department before you leave on break.
All Certificate of Absence forms for leave taken this year should be
submitted to the Payroll Department as soon as possible so they can
be processed by the end of this calendar year.
Timeliness is of the utmost importance. Thank you for your
cooperation and support.

me.
