$4.00/ream, 20# paper
$5.00/ream, 24-60# paper
$5.00/ream, Ledger size paper
$8.00/ream, 65-90# paper

Any paper that is requested by a department that is not included in the college wide bid needs to be paid for by the requesting department. The copy center will order the paper for you and will submit a separate purchase order. For a complete list of available papers, please contact your copy center. Charges do not apply to any white 8.5"x11" or 8.5"x14" size paper used for your copier.

Credit Card Payments: If you have a vendor that does not accept purchase orders, the Procurement Department can place your order for you using our College Wide P-Card account. All we need is your account number /GL to charge, any information pertinent to the sale, and approval from your supervisor to place the order. Please send your request to Valenciaprocurement@valenciacc.edu

The W-9 form is an IRS requirement and must be signed by a company employee. Please direct vendors to our web-site located at: http://valenciacc.edu/procurement/vendor.asp

A cover letter along with the 2 required forms can be downloaded and sent directly to the Procurement Office for entry into the Oracle database. Should you have any questions, please contact Aida Gonzalez, Supplier Specialist, at ext. 5537.
