campus' copy center. Reams of non-standard paper that are requested
will be charged back to your department. These funds are then
utilized for college wide paper purchases.

$8.00/ream, 65-90# paper
Any paper that is requested by a department that is not included

department. The copy center will order the paper for you and will
submit a separate purchase order. For a complete list of available
papers, please contact your copy center. Charges do not apply to any
white 8.5"x11" or 8.5"x14" size paper used for your copier.

E-mail, type of service or commodity they provide and business
ownership. The W-9 form is an IRS requirement and must be signed by
a company employee. Please direct vendors to our web-site located
