News from Procurement

When requesting purchases from State of Florida contracts please have the vendor reference the contract number on their quotation and enter the contract number on your requisition. Procurement will verify the contract number, items ordered, and expiration date to insure proper documentation for audit reviews.

Updated Banner manuals are posted on the Atlas Web page under the Finance tab.  You will always find the most current version on the Web page for download. As we learn more about the system, we will share helpful hints and guidelines.

Procurement Card FAQ:

Q: What kinds of transactions can be paid by PCard?

A: The PCard is to be used for purchases directly related to Valencia business only. Typically, these are your low-dollar, high-volume purchases, such as office supplies, conference registration fees, educational supplies, institutional memberships, subscriptions, and the like.  For further information on what the PCard can be used for, please contact Kacy Weekes at x1974.
