Computerized Placement Test (CPT)

The Computerized Placement Test (CPT) is used for placement at all Florida community colleges for most degree programs. The test will assess your content knowledge in reading, sentence skills, and mathematics.

You may have heard a lot of rumors about the test. This site is designed to answer some of the questions you may have about the CPT, and to assist you in planning your preparation and taking your test.

Tests are administered on a walk-in basis at testing center locations. See hours and locations page for details.

Valencia and the CPT will save you time and money.
