CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FOR VALENCIA
STAFF & FACULTY
Employees using Staff and Program Development (SPD) funds:
STEP 1: Complete a "Staff and Program Development Request for Tuition Reimbursement or Conference Registration (SPD)" form with supervisory approval. All questions regarding SPD funds and eligibility should be directed to Vicki Pipkin at extension 8017.
*Note: SPD funds cover registration fees only and cannot be used for books or additional materials.
STEP 2: Complete an "Authorization for Travel or Absence from Campus" form with supervisory approval
STEP 3: Download and complete the "Learning
Conversations Conference Registration " form.
STEP 4: Submit the " SPD" form , "Authorization for Travel" form and the "Learning Conversations Conference Registration " form to Vicki Pipkin at 3-33.
Employees using other funds:
STEP 1: Complete an "Authorization for Travel or Absence from Campus" form with supervisory approval.
STEP 2: Download and complete the "Learning
Conversations Conference Registration " form.
STEP 3: Submit the completed "Authorization for Travel"
form and "Learning Conversations Conference Registration " form
to Conference Management, DTC-1.
*Note: Please do not use your P-Card for payment of registration
fees for conferences managed by Valencia.
